Titilaka’s cuisine features numerous Andean and Peruvian ingredients, all with a delicate twist. And as any visitor to the world’s highest navigable lake knows, the sublime feeling of incorporeal fragility of this area is hard to put into words—and it’s especially difficult to translate to flavours.
